Running in the mountains is both incredible for those who do it and incomprehensible for those who observe. It's a very personal sport, and not everyone can understand it.

Trail running has exploded in recent years. In the mountains, by the sea and even in town, trail runners are becoming more and more numerous.
This big movement has spawned a smaller one: alpi running. For some, alpi running seems an accessible, almost easy sport? For others, it can only be practised by the unaware, who risk their lives without realizing it.

The reality lies somewhere in between. Through the eyes of a few alpi-runners, we'll try to understand their interests and motivations for this sport. But we'll also hear their views on the risks and problems that alpi-running can entail.
